Statue in Tavern Floor

I've gotten to the end of the game but the doors leading to the statues for the secret boss is behind those doors, did I miss a misseable quest? Or can I still do it?

If you mean a door you can't open on the 3rd floor then there's a key you can get by solving a puzzle.

Would you be willing to give me a hint? not sure how to access that area, when you mean "Solving a puzzle", are you refering to the three statues sitting on the balcony?

these statues can be turned, is this the puzzle I'm meant to solve to get the key?

This will just unlock a chest.

You need to move the statues so that they face the practice dummies close to them.

Are you missing the key to enter the final boss chambers?

Yeah, there's a pair of doors leading to the statue that I need to rotate for the secret boss, but the doors locked and I don't know how to get in there.

This is linked to a quest, you need to go talk to the seargent in the dormitory, it will launch the quest that will allow you access this place.

ok. here is detailed explanation of how to start this quest: on your map in tawern floor (in the same floor with the door) look down. There will be big room named Dormitory or, in ru - спальня
Just go to this room and talk to sleeping sergant in there.
