The Sacred Axe of Dwalin One-Eye, Half Bug?

First off it says to find Objective_SQ_SQAXE_01_01 but i assume thats because its just the coding for the item and needs to be changed display wise. But has anyone found the sacred axe of dwalin one-eye for the side quest? ive been all over the circle area and held the highlight key but i cant find it, idk if its on a body or something but ive checked everywhere that i can reach.

It is currently bugged, you are supposed to find a fight in the dwarf city. but there is no fight if it is bugged like me.
The dev said they are working on it.

It was indeed buged, but today's patch fix it !

Still seems to be bugged, though, although in favour of the player: I chose the keep the axe, and in the end I received plenty of gold AND the axe...this can't be the intended outcome...

You probably mistaked the exp the group received for gold when you keeped the axe. You don't receive gold when you keep the axe, but you still do receive a good deal of exp for completing the quest.

Well...i'll be darn!!! Wait..what ?!??? You actually received both ? That's not how it worked for me last time i decided to keep the axe!!! (way back months ago!!) Ha ha ha ha !!! XD (well...i think. I'm pretty sure it wasn't like that last time i decided to keep the axe.)

No worries, mate. I just thought it would have been kind of a brainless thing to do for a questgiver to just shower you with 3000 gold pieces for NOT giving him the item you were hired to acquire for him... :-) The axe really rocks, though, I would prefer to keep it in any case, money isn't an issue in end-game anymore anyway.

To obtain the axe by releasing the Trogylork from the prison cell (2nd from the end) and follow hiim to the mines where a fight will ensue. Win the fight and take the remnants of the axe to the blacksmith. Speak to the Dwarf in the bar who will give you the key to the smithy. Return the axe to the dwarf in the bar and decide to keep it from the options.
