The Dungeon Of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet Of Chaos

How is the Paladin's "Sword of Justice" skill useful?
You cast the skill on one turn, and then you have to wait for the next turn before it actually hits. The problem is you have to select a square you want to attack. The enemy ALWAYS moves away from that square before the attack hits in the following turn.

Use the healing of the Elf or the Snap of the Barbarien to change turn order. Or the Thiefs Caltrops for immobilisation.
Simple. Get high'ish courage (15-16 early, ~18-20 for endgame, easy with amulets/rings), ensuring Paladin goes first. Click "delay turn" on Paladin when the fight starts. Use Sword of Justice when Paladin activates at the end of that turn.

She will instantly cast it at the start of the following turn (since she goes first), and it will be a guaranteed hit.

Just make sure your Paladin starts a fight in a position from which she can hit something later/does not get stunned or killed off before she gets to go :)

I will try this. Thank you for all you've done for this game, Mikefield!
Best way to find useful is skill is not to use Paladin skills, this way you can use another character with actually good skills. Only good skill for paladin is parry buff and OK-but-not great (it autohits but get resisted a lot and on long cooldown) is stun.
Just stop, kirill. Your act is getting old.

You will get it eventually, just trial and error. Try to bait the charm onto the Dwarf, it will mean less damage that you take :P

That is an excellent tip.

I am gonna take her on my next play, The priestess is fun, but i really enjoyed the paladin. (i restarted the game so i only used her for a handfull of fights. I have no clue why people think she isn't any good, She is a great front line fighter, even better than the dwarf in the early game. Late i think he gets a lot better after the ogre gets dwarf toss too.
