Why is this thing so hard to complete? It's a casual game, yet it expects me to finish every customer with 4 hearts? How can you finish it with 3 guys coming to your counter at the same time and each of them have at least 2 demands?

how do i change the resolution? i am stuck with only the top left quarter (i think, its hard to say exacly how much but certainly not the whole screen)
