I'm encountering black screen upon launching the game. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but none seem to work. Do you guys know how to fix this?

No matter what I do I end up with the Moeka's ending... No clue what's causing it, i've skimmed through dozens of guides and nothing helps to fix said issue. I have a save just prior to the D-Mail segment but it doesn't matter how many prompts I wait for the result is neigh the same... Anyone has an idea of a possible fix?...

So I've been playing this game for nearly 30 hours, but recently whenever I try to launch it in full screen it keeps crashing and minimising itself. It works fine in windowed mode but full-screen it doesnt run anymore Appreciate any help thanks
