Can the game be played completely in single player?

The game have been reseting my skills about 3-4 times and it would have been fine if i got all skill points back. But the game give back 1 skill point per trait / dot in the skill-tree meaning that even if the cost was 2 or 3 points to unlock a skill you only get 1 skill point back each reset. So i am Level 50 right now but thanks to the bugg i have lost 8 skill points! Please fix this...

I can't seem to get them to drop anywhere :(

are the games level locked? i cant seem to join any games they all say locked

I stopped gaining experience at level 71 yet there is a achievement for reaching level 80 and it looks like there is 1 more zone and 2 more fishing baits to unlock. How do you get past level 71 or is that not possible?
