Pay uncle off or get Furniture factory?

Should I pay the uncle off or buy the Furniture factory first. What would you guys recommend?

Buy the furniture factory first. The profits you can make from it will alloy you to pay off your uncle in about a week or less. If you pay off your uncle first you would have to (again) grind thru a lot of trees to regain any money.

But when you have the Factory, you need dry Planks to create Furniture to sale it. Where you can get them? Create them Self, needed 2 Weeks to dry or he can buy but it's not to cheap.

I just buy them for $500. Fill the truck for $3,500 and create furniture to sell for $11,000+ per truck load to sell. Rinse an repeat. If you can make 8 - 10 round trips per day you pay uncle off in 5 days.

I think Valwarth hasn't to much money or? He need the Flatbedtruck to transport the dry Planks and the Furniture from the Factory to the seller.

If OP waited to buy the factory until after he gets to $200,000 then he buys the factory with a 10% discount or $179,100. OP will then have over $20,000 to spend. After that, money is not a problem.

I have the flatbed truck and all the rest of the money is being saved up for the factory.

If you hold off paying that $199,000 for the factory until you have $200,000, you will earn a trade skill that gives you a 10% discount for stuff you buy and sell. That $1,000 difference saves you $19,100 and your furniture will be worth more when you sell it.
