Welp, that means then I ain't paying the uncle a dime on my debt, or even advancing to Chapter 2, until I've upgraded from the old tractor and log trailer to a new tractor and log trailer then.
Also I wonder if there is any plans for a September festival, like in FD, that you can sell your greenhouse goods and herb potions for double the price?. In FD you can hoard all your stuff until September and make a good hunk of money starting out.
Agree on getting the Uncle's tractor and log trailer once you pay him off. That will make things measurably easier knowing you aren't having to buy EVERYTHING yourself and having to watch the uncle's brand-new tractor and log trailer just sit and collect dust from disuse.
Instead, you get the tractor and trailer from the tutorial now for your own use and so the only equipment now you really NEED to buy brand new besides the flatbed truck is the stump grinder and tree replanter, and you can sell the starting tractor and log trailer to help fund that.
It better not be a requirement that we advance to chapter 3 before we can make furniture. We need ways of keeping busy and making money to pay the uncle while the driers are doing their work. That is the biggest bottleneck for me playing right now is staying busy while the driers are doing their thing and the greenhouse is doing its work.
hell, did they even calculate beforehand?
I would not call this "balanced"
honestly, together with the info that you need to pay off before you can replant trees, that does not make me keen on playing again.
