Lumberjack's Dynasty - Can not use tree planter and stump grinder

Hello everyone

I have a small issue regarding the game Lumberjack's Dynasty, meaning that I can not use tree planter and stump grinder and can not see the price for both of them. Also when I try to attach one of them to any tractor I could not do that.
I have uninstall the game twice now and still does not work. Could someone tell me what is wrong ?

First you need to pay off your grandfather and do the your grandmothers mission where you save the deer and complete other missions until you get the cutting down the dead trees and replanting them you need to buy the equipment. Not sure about owning the furniture factory

Not exactly true, in order to buy those 2, you have to get the lvl 3 lumberjack skill, and there is a way to get it before paying off the uncle (which is the normal way)

For gods' sake, how?? I've been grinding for in-game years for the money, and I'm nowhere close to a payoff

Regarding my post, when I said that I can not use the stump grinder and tree planter, I would like to make an update.
I have managed to make those 2 tools available.

If you follow that tutorial exactly, this should unlock your lumberjack 3, allowing you to get the stump grinder and tree planter in ch2, and also finish the "old machine" questline
I still don't know why the publisher didn't made it clear that this is the way game normally should have been played.

The trick is to start Isaac's quest and to not complete it (he gives the ability to carry logs at the start of his quest) then to complete the others quest before finishing the isaac quest (as it is what gives you the lumberjack 3)
