You have an endless supply in your inventory. Check the tabs on top of the inventory menu. Or just use the mouse wheel to scroll through all the equipment.

if you played the tutorial that would be the second tool set you get. the tutorial is where you choose the option to take the tour around the farm instead of sleeping your first night.
