Faster way to sell pallets
Is there a faster way to sell pallets I never discovered?
If the only way is to carry 6-7 pallets on that tiny flatbed, then a million dollar idea would be a $5 DLC with a 30 pallet trailer.
All the little QoL patches are nice but I have left and returned to this game over a dozen times out of exhaustion from hauling pallets back and forth and back and forth and back and forth and back and forth..............................

Sadly no. 7 pallets at a time is the best you can do. I have learned over the years to break up my work. 8 - 10 trips max then do something else. A little arthritis in my wrists, hands and fingers doesn't help.
It might have been an AAA+ addition, if Lumber Jack could at some point in the game progression, hire helpers to do forklift work and transport finished lumber products to predestined sales points.

A one man lumber mill operation is a bit of a stretch from the reality of good business practice. One person can only work so hard, fast, and smart, when the realization sets in, that the only way to continue to grow is through the duplication of effort by the employment of other skilled and semi-skilled labor.

In reality, this is always part of the continued journey and not the destination.

My solution to this is not to process all the logs into pallets. I only process what I need to complete jobs, and all the oak for furniture. This keeps my pallet count down and you can fit 50+ debarked logs on a new log trailer (The Old Log hauler can hold 55+ but is much slower than some of the tractors, the old log trailer can onlt hold about 40, and the Formica and Ponsse only hold about 40-45). So I focus entirely on Oak and only run pine pallets when I have a job needing pallets coming up. You can find a few guides here and there telling you how many planks you will need for any given questline job, so that makes it a lot easier.

An example of a loose load of logs. If you spend a little time and pay attention you can really cram a lot of logs on these things.

It seems I'm not alone in considering it torturous then.
And I agree about the forklifts especially combined with the low pallet count on the truck.
I just don't have the patience to sort logs. I clear cut an area, dump the logs in the river, and now have a backlog of a couple hundred logs waiting for processing. Since I've done everything up to paying off the lumber mill, I'm more focused on the money. Might even buy the factory before the mill since it will increase income.
