How do you recover or repair a flooded Vech

So i accidently drove a vech into too deep water is there a way to recover it or sell it and rebuy it?

just get in it and call a tow truck it will pop you out on the nearest road

when u r inside the vehicle go to the page where it has your inventory and at bottom right u will see option call a tow truck. click that. you can click on vehicle via the map to port inside it.

oh and do not worry, tow truck calls are free unless it is due to loss of fuel :)
