You can buy any of the apple, egg or milk items or provide them yourself.
This was from several months ago when I last played but I don't think the requirements have changed.
I was playing them on Nvidia GeForce Now. But they removed them after they had their full release updates. (left early access) So about a year for Lumberjack's Dynasty and about two years for Farmer's Dynasty. (Medieval Dynasty is still on GeForce Now.)
I bought a PC with a dedicated graphics card (RTX 3060) three weeks ago so I started playing this game from the beginning. (New computer, so there are no saved games.)
I drove it home on cruise control.
(It used to be so hard to control you had to drive at about 10 KPH or 15 KPH.)
