All 3 elegant outfits give you the same bonus of 5%.
Both worker outfits provide a speed bonus and reduce the sales by 5%.
2 of them you get from the trader at the "unfinished tower" and the traditional you get from the trader on top of the ski-ramp.
btw. all sellers were spoilered by the developers in the patchnotes.

I can also build the bridge near Lily in level 2 (maybe also in level 1) and also the tower (but didn't complete them only half of the bridge to be able to cross over)
lol Me too, and I'm female but it is a cool outfit haha. Especially on the lawnmower :D
It was not normal to have all sets. Come to find out it was a bug. You can find this by clicking on their updates threads section and search for "outfits" without the quotes.
I've been looking for information on whether, currently, any of the outfits have specific value differences. For example, I do have them all and does one formal have a higher value than another? Same with working outfits and casual?
I haven't been able to find anything better than what is said above. Is that still accurate? 5% really make a difference? I'm not seeing any difference the last 2 times I sold something. The price was the same. Is it for just purchasing and not selling? It's a tad bit confusing to me.
Okay, a LOT confusing to me. haha
If any benefits are coded into these clothes its meager @ best and not worth pondering .....
I have never noticed any changes in any gameplay over changing clothes
TBH I'm not real fond of most of the outfits but, it's okay. Thanks for your reply ♥
Not well balanced gameplay.
A long time ago i suggested limiting the amount of furniture you could sell like this because it is so lucrative, and would make the player continue to sell plank pallets at the lumber yard.
As far as I read it you can just throw on the mack jacket outfit and it is balanced for everything.
I still have planks from the start of my first save that are not dry lol but i have a wife already so I have not made crazy amounts selling any furniture cause the planks are all wet
Oh yeah, I don't have a wife yet. I do have tons of boards drying in the dryer and already dried and drying under any shelter I could find lol They are everywhere.
I heard selling the trees as logs gets more faster bc of hauling planks on a flat bed that only holds one layer takes longer than a log hauler, that can carry many logs. Anyone seeing anything different with that?
I mean trip wise you can sell way more logs than planks but you get less money so its a tradeoff i guess......less trips.....I sold a lot of wet planks to finish the story....
Just a warning once you get the grinder and the planter the game gets tedious .....the stump grinders hitbox is terrible.
The tree planter is a beast of its own basicly you cant see what your doing unless you mow all the little grasses on the planting area and it just makes you want to not play anymore
Actually i found the tree planter quite easy to use. Just drive around your plot of land with your engineers sight on all the time and you can see the big orange circles where existing trees block planting. Move so the planter is outside the circle and plant.
The stump grinder though is quite difficult to use, mainly because of wheel slip ive found. though it was a lot worse before they improved it.
I use my site a lot when cutting logs to see the location of where to cut. It's also helpful when riding around to see herbs (you can also follow the critters). Wheel slip? I hope it doesn't require a mouse wheel. Mine isn't working right. It scrolls oddly atm. It's a few years old, I guess I beat it up using it to rotate in Sims)
Yeah, that's what I was thinking about logs versus planks. I just bought some land near the lumber mill so I can just cut and sell real quick. I do have plenty of planks. Perhaps I can bring myself to part with some and spend a few days just delivering them (and keeping up with the animals and plants).
Thank you for the heads up~! I sure appreciate it. I have so many hours in this game and still haven't gotten to ownership of any land, but I do own some nice vehicles :D Works great for quick travel. :D
Wheel slip is when your tractor moves on its own, often sideways, when it is on slippery ground (mud or grassy slope or both). This is why the devs originally added the handbrake to vehicles.
If you are really hurting for cash quickest and easiest way i found is selling canned milk and eggs from your animals. Every day its a few hundred income with no expense except a little time, it soon racks up.
The game is intended to be a slow paced relaxing game. There is no rush to deforest the whole map, lol. If bored waiting for planks to dry you can go fishing for example, classic relaxation sport, then can and sell the fish.
Also i wouldnt just sell logs if i were you because you dont just get plank pallets from logs you also get woodchips which can be made into chipboard which actually sells for more than wet planks and you dont have to wait for them to dry.
Hope you enjoy the game. :)
