Furnitures factory questions.
Hi everybody!
I've not played LJD since furniture update and i've been glad to see old saves remained compatibles.

My questions are :
* 1st question : after you've build the furniture factory, and deliver planks in it to start a production.
Can you select amount of furnitures to be built (for example, build only 5 beds then stop to save planks for other furnitures)
* 2nd question : can you stop production after a certain amont of stuff built.
For example : start a chair production, then decide to stop production without building anything else

Thanks by advance.

You can only produce one item of furniture at a time, whether you order one item or ten.

1)How do I stop production of furniture?
2) How do I order a specific number of a particular piece of furniture?

Production stops when there is no more wood available - or you start another production.
So if you want to stop the current production, you can start a single piece of furniture. The old production is thus discarded.
The single piece of furniture appears immediately on the loading area and can be included in the inventory with the help of the engineering view.
In the furniture store you can then sell this piece of furniture with "place".

How hard can it be to code in a stop button?

The stop button is sure to come. Immediately after the display, where I can see whether something is in production and what is in production.
Certainly... ;)

While wearing Elegant clothing I sold a load of Spruce cradles, 1 crate = 1439 x 7 = 10073. I only received 9828 which is -245. Changed into the stock casual clothing and made the same sale and received the proper 10073.
That means I was shorted with the Elegant clothing. That's backwards!

Dont think clothing affects the price of furniture.

Unfortunately there is absolutely *no* point to making individual pieces of furniture after you refurnish your home. The only thing you should be making are furniture crates and even then there are only two that are worth making; The pouf gets you the most return on wood investment but requires a lot more of your time transporting the crates to the store. The cradle is the next most efficient for materials and the most efficient for time spent transporting.

No other furniture crates are worth making.

There are simple ways to 'fix' this if Toplitz would put in the effort;
1. NPC missions to make specific sets of furniture that pay more than if you'd just made crates,
2. Furniture store missions to supply x number of crates of a specific furniture type and wood.

Other than that make the furniture pieces you want to use then don't make anything other than poufs or cradles and make them out of the best wood you have first, when that runs out switch to the next best.

Unfortunately you will eventually have more money than you can spend even after having purchased and upgraded every vehicle.

I would really like to see some missions involving furniture(along with some other daily missions and sporting events).
We are suppose to be a lumberjack but not 1 daily mission or sporting event involves lumberjacking.

What type of wood is used most in the furniture factory? Oak, Pine, Spruce or Birch?
