If you can get close enough look at the vehicle & then press TAB. Near the bottom is a "Call tow truck" option. Else some have reported they could do the same by opening the map, & clicking on the vehicles icon. This will cost you some funds.

For this & other reasons (especially early access games), it is very wise to save often, & cycle through multiple saves.

Thx :) did call the tow truck. i know i cant drive in the water now hehe xD
