How to find sheep

I have searched the woods around mary's house for over 4 hrs. Went to exact location someone screenshot finding the sheep and have came up with nothing. Drone nor running has worked so far. any advice???

i found it very quick all you have to do is follow the ring which you can hear/see when pressed engineers sight while having no tools in you hand.

yeah i dont see any ring think this quest might be glitched for me. it did not show me what wood to cut i had to figure that out. Did not show me where to put the wood after cutting i had to guess. now this issue

as far as i remember i found it not very far from the cut forst location and towards north after main road but i might be wrong so suggestion would be to make quest active in the map menu and head to that forest to look with ES.

that was the issue. i had the quest but guess it didnt become active quest made it active and finally saw the circle. found sheep easily. Thanks

the quickest way is when you start the quest use your right hand mouse and push then you qill see the circles follow the circles till you see the sheep then press e to carry it home
