Sequel when?

2024 is almost here, how about some news on a sequel for "Close to the Sun"? I mean the title ended with a massive cliffhanger, don't tell me you're just gonna leave it at that. I also reviewed the game and completed 100% of its Steam Achievements. That should tell you how much I enjoyed it.

I don't even mind the EGS one-year exclusivity, since the Steam version is guaranteed as well. Please make the sequel happen sooner rather than later...or never.

Four bloody years is not a long time ago. And the cliffhanging ending left plenty of room for a sequel.

The reality is on steamdb. Not in your dreams. There is maybe one or two people playing it daily. Max peak is about 10 people.

It's normal than nobody is playing it 4 years after launch. People move on to something else. The majority of people interested by this game already played it.

For EGS exclusivity, i'm sorry but i'm against it. I don't care if it give funds to devs, it should not be a thing on PC. Exclusivity is wrong. If they want money to fund their next game there is plenty of ways to do that. And they should invest the money they got from this game to make the next one.

I've just showed you than the game is barely played in 2024. Explaining why nobody is answering to you on steam forum. So, stop crying because nobody answer you and move on.

oh wow, no ones playing a single player only game with no real deviation to the story, 4 YEARS after launch..... its almost like almost everyone still interested in this game have played it to death by now...... and that would have no bearing on people wanting a sequel...

I really hope so they could do a lot with this game and its story. It's atmosphere is brilliant.
