Spiel geht nicht
das spiel startet nicht es zeigt beim start an das es visual c++ installieren will hab ich gemacht und installiert und wieder gestartet und es kam wieder was ist da los

Sorry you have this problem. We didn't face this issue during our tests.
Can you check if visual c++ components really install after the instalation? What happend if you cancel the second installation? Did you try to reboot your PC after the installation? Is it enough space on your harddisk? Have you install all the regular windows updates? What spec is your PC (operating system, graphic card, memory).
Actually this installation goes right from steam, but probalby if you provide the information we can help you
