Can no longer click on an article to suggest it

I started a brand new game today and for some reason I cannot click on any articles when the customer asks me to click on an article to suggest. Is this a bug and is there a way to fix it? It makes it kind of annoying when so many customers leave angry because I am unable to click on an article to suggest. Whenever I click on any article, nothing happens.

I have the same problem. Also after the initial placing of displays, I can not purchase and place additonal displays.

A few reports this problem. If you restart the game it should sove itself. Let me know if that was enough to solve it :)

Same here! Weird bug, but haven’t encountered it since restarting the game.

It isn't solved. I can't find hte reason behind it, so any info is much appreciated :)

can you give us a bit more information like what exactly is happening in the game and a few screenshots could be helpful too

hi it seems to happen when you start a new game but it goes away when you restart the game

I have the same issue. Reloading the game did not fix it.
Customers want help. They ask for suggestions. Window opens: "Click on article to suggest".
No articles are offered to click on, nor can any item on the rack be selected.
Customers walk out unhappy.

This is still happening to me. The Direct sales and the suggest category dialogs work fine, it only happens when they ask you to suggest an article. Restarting the game DID NOT fix it for me. It has been an ongoing issue for the last 3 play sessions. It's not a huge deal, you can just close the dialog and walk away, but I would rather it just not be in the game at all so I am not wasting time talking to people I can't help.
