Bug tracking and reporting.
Hello everybody.

If you encounter bugs while playing Chronos: Before the Ashes please follow these steps:

1. If you are experiencing crashes a prompt should appear, asking you if information about the crash can be forwarded. Please confirm this prompt by clicking OK - this information is vital to address any crashes.

2. Ensure that all your files and drivers are up-to-date (see below for further information)

3. If you still encounter the bug, please report the issue here (English or German): Redmine[redmine.thqnordic.com]

Make sure you grab the files here - C:\Users<COMPUTERNAME>\AppData\Local\Chronos\Saved\Crashes and add to the report.

4. Fill out the form and in the description field include information about the steps you took in order to encounter the bug

5. Add the following attachments:
Screenshot of the bug (or if you have: a video)
Screenshot of your location on the map
DxDiag (Win7 or newer: Start > Run > Enter "DxDiag" and click "Ok" > On the "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" window" click on "Save All Information" > attach the created file to the bug)


How to ensure that all your files and drivers are up-to-date:

1. Verify files on steam.

2. Update GPU and Windows drivers.
Nvidia - Nvidia Support[www.nvidia.com]
AMD - AMD Support[www.amd.com]
Windows Update - Windows Update[support.microsoft.com]

3. Restart steam.

4. Restart your computer.
