Why so many negative reviews?

Does anyone who speaks Chinese, knows whats wrong? All of the 12 western language reviews are mostly positive, so i guess it´s a review negative b*mbing, but why?

I played the PS4 version first. I played it at 8:00 this morning and cleared it at 4 pm. But I especially bought it on steam just for a comment.
PC locks 30 frames, optimization is still bad.

Regardless of the difference between PC and PS4, let me talk about the problem of this game in detail.

bought the game in pre-sale, it looked cool, but the fps drops a lot and squeegee games that it really is a generic adventure, I like why it looks like Dragon Ball.
