Access Sport is a UK charity providing opportunities for vulnerable and disabled young people to change their lives through sport and physical activity. We do this by training, equipping and supporting community sports clubs, organisations and volunteers to provide inclusive programmes, unleashing their potential to transform the lives of under-served young people in their local communities.

We work across all sports - team sports such as football, basketball, hockey and rugby, through to sports such as tennis, climbing, yoga, boxing and many more. In some sports, such as BMX Cycling, we have developed whole programmes resulting in new opportunities for tens of thousands of young people. This video explains more:
