Quest 2 vs steam

would this game look better if purchased through steam and played via virtual desktop or quest 2 stand alone.

I would assume that it would look best through your computer (if you have a good computer that is). I have only played it on the Oculus store, but it still looks great through Quest

Quest 2 graphics are terrible. The game will no doubt look better if played on a PC VR headset like a Valve Index, HP Reverb G2, Vive, etc.

The same game that looks beautiful on a Valve Index can look as bad as a PS2 game on the Quest.

Anyone have a direct comparison for the Quest 2 vs PC? The official screenshots here seem to look worse than what I've seen on Quest 2 videos, but I find that highly unlikely...

Unfortunately, he's only using the Quest 1. The Quest 2 videos I found just compare it to the Quest 1 version and not the PC version ):

Well, you can see then how different is Quest 2 vs PCVR. In the end if you can play it on PCVR, why would you settle for Quest 2 version anyway.
