This seems like a game that would be popular among Russian VR players on Steam.. good game for that request I suppose.

I think yes!
this game is made in the style of a fictional universe based on the USSR - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. The developers even use Cyrillic characters (which are made up of fictional words that are not in Russian). It is clear that many players from the countries of the former USSR will find it interesting to plunge into this atmosphere.
