new 9800x3d build stutters

G'day everyone!

I recently bought a 9800x3D+B650E-E Gaming. After doing a clean install of Windows 11 and BIOS flashback, I installed all the new drivers manually (chipset, NVIDIA, etc.).

However, I'm experiencing stutters. They occur even on the desktop when opening file explorer and during gaming. The FPS is high, and temperatures are low (idle ~ low 30s, gaming ~ 60), but every 2-3 seconds, everything stutters.

And only a week later I find the cause of all these stutters — it's fps monitor. As soon as I closed it, the picture became as smooth as I can imagine. Are there any solutions or ways to fix this? Maybe something is wrong in the settings? Or maybe something else?

I have been using your software for a long time. This is not a complaint against you in any way. Just a kind of report.

Very strange how this happens, no other hardware has had such a direct conflict, is the 9800X3D special? I don't think so. I have so far heard about this for the first time in support, write on fpsmon.com about it, send the log file from the Documents folder, the rest then according to the situation.

Maybe latest Windows 24H2 updates, or Nvidia APP, try delete them. Clean install FPS Monitor with wipe all settings in ProgramData/FPSMonitor folder. Write to support after that with logs from Documents folder.
