I open FPS Monitor but it doesn't on Taskbar

I changed some settings before and it didn't show in taskbar, but when I open some game,it shows FPS on my screen,It's run in the background.
How can I open it and change settings and scene? I tried reinstalled the app and restarted my computer but it's still didn't work.

Run the shortcut on your desktop to launch the program and the window will open. Click Settings - General Settings and disable the Swap to tray and Hide program icon in tray checkboxes.
