When I use Mirror overlay the fps overlay freeze. The fps amount stays the same. How can I fix this?

Read the description in the Item Settings window, FPS counters don't work in this mode as there is no direct injection into the game. Until DICE and EA Anti-cheat add FPS Monitor and other overlay programs to the whitelist, FPS counter is impossible to get.
