Bug - Muspelheim Door Won't Open

Reached Muspelheim for the first time. After interacting with the console/button in the first room, the door won't open. It just tells me I don't have a key and there's nothing else I can do.

To give some info around my situation:
1) When I reached Muspelheim, I logged out without interacting with the console/button because I was done for the day. My first time pushing the button was when I logged back in and resumed my game.
2) Character - Girl with the katana, don't remember her name.
3) In case a certain item causes it, here's my loadout:
Speeding Katana of Lord RVX
Rune's Gift
Necklace of Endurance
Ring of Silence
Predator Totem
Crescent Wave
Blast Mutation
Phantom Servant

Apologies for a reply that's probably way too late now, but this happened to me the other day. It appears to happen if you get to Muspelheim, then quit the game. Only way to solve it is to go back to the Hall of Trials and start over.
