You don't need MSAA at 4K. If you turn it off you'll easily be pulling above 100FPS at all times. This game is not demanding at all.
Also MSAA seems bugged to me, setting it to 8x makes the image blurrier, but you can still make out some jaggies under the blur. Increasing the resolution with Nvidia DSR, instead of using MSAA makes the image a lot cleaner.
I realize my CPU is old (i3-4170), but I guess it really shouldn't be that bad. It has decent core performance.
GPU is a GTX 1060. Everything updated, of course.
Also, MSAA doesn't seem to affect performance at all, so I'm guessing it really is CPU bound, or there's some bug going on. Grass density is the worst offender. If I put everything on Ultra it becomes almost a slideshow.

Good advice. For me, looks great. Then again i'm getting old and high frame rates make me dizzy
