Spot the Difference First Puzzle??

Ok so I swear I beat this first puzzle the first time I played but I'm bad at spot the difference puzzles so I beefed it on the second one.

After calling it a night and then waiting for it it update the next day, I tried my luck at it again but I find myself stuck on the first one. I even looked up streams. There I saw that there was only 5 things instead of the current 6.

Are there any guides out there? I'm nearly pulling my hair out trying to get it! Thanks!
