Multiple endings
So The first time i played, I got one ending; but the second and third time I played, I got a different ending, but I dont know what I did to get the different endings. Is this just because when you replay the game it has the same ending until you get all the family badges?

Its down to completion rate of the family tree. (So family badges yes)

There are 3 endings
First completion
Second completion (without all badges)
Third completion+ (with all badges)

Puzzle pieces do not effect the ending but you do get a pretty neat reward for getting them all.
