is everything shut down?

a friend and I tried playing this game a little while ago, looking for a shooter to play since Apex went to ♥♥♥♥♥ and Overwatch is plagued by a playerbase worse than its balancing, and while the bots here were overbearing, I personally still had fun, something to do for a while at least, and the weapons were kinda fun to mess around with. I decided to hop on to see if anything was happening and it seems now I can't so much as access my character, host a server, nothing. All that happens on loading finish is an error message so small I can't read it, and I'm purely guessing that the red text at the top says "warning".

Like above, is everything just gone now?
