Kara no Shoujo 2?
When I first saw this game appear on this steam and I was kinda excited for it being here. So I was wondering when will they put Kara no Shoujo 2 on this steam?

For now we can be happy that this is on Steam - i assume they put out the second one if they see this being sold enough

I personally found KnS 2 a lot weaker in story. It wasn't connected to the end of the first game at all until the very end of the true ending, which is a slap in the face considering I was expecting a much more direct continuation. The parallelization of multiple minor storyline made it confusing at times, made unsatisfying ends to them and changed Aoki Toji's character design. The OST was far less interesting too, so while I know that if we want KnS 3 to be released in English the other episodes need to have good sales, I still can't support the second game in any possible way.

I already did personally researched on this KnS 2 and found this out it is quite weaker. So I don't know why is it becoming to weaker than KnS 1, because they lack of the narratives?

That too, but also because the whole novel has nothing to do with the true ending of the first episode, it feels more like a spinoff and less like a proper continuation. I don't think there were gameplay elements like in the first game either, so it was less interesting in all areas. Disappointing to put it mildly.

Oh well...I'm guessing KnS 2 is going to be disappointment after KnS 1 release.

To make it easier to understand, you still know who Kuchiki Touko was, right? She's not even mention anywhere except on one or two occasions until the very end of the true ending, which is why I called KnS 2 a spinoff. I get that it would have killed the story if they sent Reiji right on her track from the start, but this was going overboard in a different way. The only common factors between the two novels were Reiji and a few other characters, and little else.

I'm starting to think they had a little reasons to put this KnS 2 as story instead it become spinoff. I mean why did you mean to make it easier to understand KnS 2 story, because it is becoming too confuse?

Sorry, could you repeat that? I'm not sure I understood your post just now.

I meant what do you mean to make it easier to understand of some part of KnS 2 story?

To clarify what I meant when I said KnS is closer to being a spinoff as it is to being a sequel.

Right. And thanks.

I like KnS 2 even more than KnS 1. It's by far my favorite visual novel. I love the story telling and the game still has the same "feel of play" and atmosphere around it, so as long as you don't expect it to be a perfect sequel to the first game, I think you'll still get hooked as much or even more as with the first one (assuming you liked the first one).

kns2 should've been cartagra 2 or a standalone release in the same continuity and the main girl should've been michiru
yukiko is so boring and even yukari gets more character development than her
