can only use two bluetooth generic controllers

when I pair 4 of my controllers with windows and enter the game, only two of them works

I solved it by going to properties > controllers > activate steam input

Thanks for sharing your solution! Usually some combination of XInput on/off (in Boomerang Fu's options menu) or Steam Input on/off (in Steam settings) does the trick.
