6 players remote play

hi, we cannot play up to 6 players .. normal ?

i tryed to do it with parsec... still the same. if my friend hosts, we can be 5. if i am hosting, we can be ...4 ... wft ?!!

Only two players can use the keyboard at once in Boomerang Fu. Make sure you have "enable shared keyboard" switched on in the Boomerang Fu Options menu to allow this.

Windows has a limit of 4 X-Input devices connected to the computer at once. That may be what is at fault for you. Using DIrectInput (like with the PS3/4 controllers) will work aslong as the game supports DirectInput.

Just a note for anyone who tried disabling x-input in the in-game settings and it still didn't allow for over 4 players:

I had to take an additional step to get 6 controllers working.

I closed the game, then in steam under "Library" > "Boomerang Fu" (right clicked) > "Properties" > "Controller" > "Override For Boomerang Fu" > (changed to) "Disable Steam Input" (it was previously set to "Use Default Settings")

Only then would the game show 6 slots for players to join. (Prior to that, it only showed 4 slots, and of the 6 controllers it didn't detect any button presses from 2 of them)
