Bug: Game stuck with Vagabond + Hostile faction + Cobbler

Was playing a game earlier today as Vagabond and the game state got stuck. The UI was responsive, but I couldn't end my turn. The scenario involved the following:
1. Vagabond hostile with Woodland Alliance..
2. I had one unexhausted, but damaged boot.
3. I had some exhausted boots.
4. I used Cobbler to move into a clearing with a hostile Sympathy token.

Rule wise, I'm not sure if I need to exhaust a boot when using Cobbler to move or if that's only if I use a boot to move. In any case, the game became stuck at this point.

I tried reloading the game ~30 minutes later when everyone was disconnected. Currently I'm in the hostile clearing, but the game doesn't think I used Cobbler.

Similar situation. Turn order was: Me (vagabond), Cats, Birds, WA.
1) I used a Favor card to wipe the cats completely off the map.
2) Went to Evening phase, used Cobbler to move into a clearing with a hostile Sympathy token.
3) Game stuck there. I couldn't end my turn. Chat was still functional and the other players reported no problems on their end, they were taking their turns already while my screen sat on Evening.
4) Alt-tabbed out to Steam, stopped the game, and tried jumping back in. It immediately went to the same Evening screen again. Repeated a few times and now the game is completely unplayable because I was logged out and am not allowed to log back in because of that other known bug.

Will try back in a day or two and hope I can play again. The worst part is, I was about to get my second win ever. Super frustrating.

Expalphalog, I could be mixing up games but I believe I was the birds on that game and regarding #3, I couldn't do anything after it got stuck. Even Resigning and restarting the game brought me back in the game where it was still stuck on your turn. I believe after the second restart it let me out of the game.
