Lag in online matches
Whenever I play an online game and it’s my turn it takes 3-5 seconds to complete an action after I have clicked. If I keep playing the game it becomes even worse where I am 10 seconds behind what my friends are seeing. After 5 minutes of playing the game stops responding. It doesn’t seem to be an issue with my internet though.

Could you send in game logs through the menu so we can take a look? There doesn't seem to be anything widespread so we need more information!

Could you also send in game logs through the menu so we can take a look? There doesn't seem to be anything widespread so we need more information!

Also, could you tell us what action preceded this?

New to this conversation, but figured I'd take advantage of the opportunity.

I only recently got the game and tried to play with a friend, but had tons of issues. So where should I go to find the in game logs so that I can send them to you? And how would you prefer they were sent?

As for a description of what happened: I joined their game and my turn in board setup was skipped. It just straight up didn't happen. I sent messages through the in-game chat, but they didn't see them. They sent messages through in-game chat, and I received them. However, they didn't even see their own messages. In addition, their turns would often stall and time-out on my end, despite telling me that they'd completed their turn several minutes ago.

Not sure if that is desyncing upon starting the game, or what. But I'd like to help get the issue solved, if possible.

Thanks for joining in! In game logs are right in the Settings and menu. There is a box where you can attached them. You can also do so manually and send to support@direwolfdigital.com.

Here is a guide from our other game, but you can replace the name and it will take you to the right place.

We also want to get the issue resolved but need more information atm!

Alright, sent! Hopefully everything worked properly. If not, I'll send them manually. I'll also ask my friend to do the same.
