Bug Report: Codebreakers can only be used once

The Codebreakers card is supposed to be available to use once per turn after it is crafted but the game only allows you to use it once. The first time you craft it, it is highlighted and available to be used. It works fine, it allows you to see the other person's hand. From then on it is never highlighted again and it is not activatable. You can hover it to see what card it is but that is it.

This seems like a bug to me. Can anyone chime in if they are able to use it every turn after it is crafted?

I did craft it a few times and it worked properly.

I don't think I've experienced this with Codebreakers, but the same thing happens frequently with Command Warren, and occasionally with Brutal Tactics and Tax Collector.
