With three players you probably want the Marquise and the Eerie but either of the others works fine.
On it, they have a "Reach" calculator, which is found in the board game rules. Each faction has a "reach" value, and there is a total minimum recommended reach for player counts. For two players, without expansions, you're pretty much going with Marquise and Eerie. On three players, use Marquise, and then any of the other three will work just fine.
