2 Bird Card in my Build Decree Slot
Is this a known glitch? I have two bird cards in my Build Decree and i am in two clearings that I rule with an open build slot and it wont let me build and is forcing me into turmoil. Am I missing something? Thanks

If I'm understanding your scenario, you can only have 1 roost per clearing, regardless of how many open spaces to build there are in the clearing.
