Expansions on Mobile & PC

Will I have to purchase the expansion in both copies of my games, or will I have to double-purchase all future expansions?

there are precedent: Small World 2, Ticket to Ride...
for those, you need to buy the core game on each platform, but not the DLCs: bought on 1 platform, enabled on all platforms...

I own both the Steam and iOS versions and play both on a regular basis. I didn't mind paying for the game twice, since that's the norm when it comes to multi-platform games. I will be upset if I hear I have to pay twice for this (and all future) expansion(s) though, seeing as plenty of other digital board games tie the DLC to your in-game account and not the platform. I'm already a bit bummed that this is going to be paid DLC to begin with, given the less-than-ideal state the current AI is in.

I'm not looking forward to possibly paying for it twice either. I already think 5.99 is a bit high on the phone when the entire base game was only a few bucks more. Other than the original announcement, I'm finding zero info about it. I guess we have to wait until it shows.

it seems it will be cross-buy (which is a sound decision), based on the changelog of the android version update that just released ahead of the steam version:

I bought it on Steam from the Steam store and not from the game, and I do not have access to the DLC on my phone. Have to rebuy. Even though I'm logged on both my phone and PC...

Hello, for some reason my steam DLCs are not syncing to my android copy of the game. Any known fixes?
