Tinker favor card round 2
I just had a game where I had 3 hammers and a favor card that would have killed the cats keep and scored me a total of 3 points.
Is it work it or would the birds and woodland take over?

If you're playing against AI you may not worry about eyrie, it will turmoil every 2nd turn.

Nope. Humans lol
The cats are pretty good at keeping the WA policed due to how widespread they are. Also you need to consider the more-costly movement when the entire board has hostile units that you're probably going to try to fish through the ruins first and you do not score points for aiding a hostile faction.
I'd say let that fester until mid game because you'll have your action economy online and you are liable to have way more targets to smack.

Yeah. I waited a few more turns where it was worth 5 points, but still ended up losing. Could be because the cat player decided me losing was more important than winning himself. He didn't score any more points and only focused on moving to where I was and attacking me as much as possible.

I'd do the same if I were a cat, lol.

I wouldn't recommend Favoring that early. In my experience, when the keep is destroyed within the first few turns, WA wins big because the cats can't keep them in check as well anymore. Once either cats or birds have a solid board presence though, it's a good time to wreck them.
I mean, you can use favor and then just immediately grab it back out of the discard pile to save and use again once everyone moves back in and starts rebuilding in those empty clearings :-)

I'd usually save it for the end game, if you can, when it'll push you over 20 points. If you make enemies of the cats too soon, that can seriously effect your ability to move around the board, since they'll have a soldiers in most areas. It's the same reason why I wouldn't take the keep out first turn with the ranger.

It's probably better to first go around, befriending people, collecting from ruins, sniping lone tokens, etc. Then, when you're in a position to tick off everybody, unleash "favors",
