How to play a dominance card as Vagabond
So I know you have to play a 4 player game, but for the love of the woodfolk, I can't figure out how to actually do it in the UI, I tried to click on it, I tried to craft it, nothing.

I think when you craft it, it takes effect

You can play it at any point, but only after you have 10VP, which is probably where you're getting stuck.

Well duh. I should have remembered the rules. That is actually it.

Wait, I have more then 10VP and I can't play it or craft it
