"INVALID FPU MODE"
Tried to Start Settlers 7 via Paralells (Win10) ---- Steam --- UBI Connect ---- on my M1 Macbook
Windows Opens with "Fatal Error" "INALID FPU MODE"

How can i fix it...?
What does it mean?

Same problem, but Win11 with Parallels on M1 Macbook.
Tried different compatibility settings without success.

I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering this error.
Can you try to run the game directly from the folder ?


\Steam\steamapps\common\The Settlers 7 - History Edition\Data\Support\UplayInstaller.exe

I have the same problem on Win11 with Parallels on M3 Macbook.

Solved. Run as administrator and Arm emulation "Very strict execution". Macbook pro M3 Sonoma Parallels Windows 11.

Cool, can confirm that it's working now. "disable hybrid execution mode" + "run as administrator" seems to be enough.

Hey, I have got the same problem with parallels. Can someone explain what this: Arm emulation "Very strict execution", means and hopw to fix it?
