More stable than the original release of Settlers 7?

I think Settlers 7 is a pretty good game that suffered from a really bad release.

I, personally, had no issues with it - no crashes, bugs or such. But basically every single friend that I recommended it to had issues, some not even able to launch the game due to problems with uPlay and such.

So I'd love to hear that this version of the game works properly, because I think this game deserves better.

But be careful because there are lots of problems with Settlers 6 starting with the texture bug with the screen flickering all the game. I would stay away from this game until Ubisoft fixes all those bugs.

This means nothing i have the original Settlers 7 on Uplay and never had problem with the game on windows 10.

The only thing I can think of that could justify that claim, is that UPlay has been updated to be more compatible with Windows 10 since the game was first released (this improvement is unavoidable unless you crack the game to remove its dependence on UPlay). The game it self never had issues with Windows 10 and still doesn't... (dunno if the History Edition degraded compatibility with Windows 10)

I have no comparison to the original version but I can tell you the HD version is not stable!
The game crashes all the time!

I have downloaded today the game and is impossible to play on it with my Win10 PC, it always crash after few minutes.

Any advise or idea?
