I'm playing "The Eastern Realm" expansion pack, and I can't find a way to stockpile things like incense, jewels, and musical instruments, and my settlers use them up faster than I can trade for them for use in a mission. Can someone help me?

You can get them thru trade, I think there is some in Port. You can block usage of iteams at warehouse.

How exactly do you block them at the warehouse? There doesn't seem to be any button for these luxury resources.

I found a solution for Praphatstan; Disable consumption of medicine in the production menu. Let the plague loose and watch every thieving despicable little scumbag settler puke their guts out in the market square. Can't steal my instruments if they're incapacitated by explosive hemorrhoids.

The settlers use those when they enter the warehouse. So by disabling consumption, nobody enters and therefore no goods will be used up.
