Diplomacy
Hey guys,
I have a question about the diplomacy system in the game. (In endless game.) Do I need to own a certain title, to open diplomacy? I can click on an npc faction but I can't give gifts, open trade routs or change from war to peace (and vice versa)
Maybe I'm just too dumb but I searched all menus and didn't find anything.

Help is much appreciated

Yeah I scoured the internet and can't find ♥♥♥♥ on diplomacy! It's really absurd there isn't ANYTHING that explains this important game mechanic.
