Cannot Find Uplay?
Tried launching the game and it sates "Cannot find Uplay"

What is this all about?

Re-installed the game, nothing.

When did this become a thing?

I was not playing it with Uplay when I last played it.

How do I install that, as I can't find it, is it UplayConnect?

I think it is.
It is also telling that you on the shopsite that you need a Ubisoft Account for that.
According to that you need Uplay. That is something that is for a long time already. The History Edition (on all settlers) is played via Uplay exclusively, but you can download and install them via steam. Additionally you can connect steam with uplay (or the other way around) so your steam knows your uplay and other direction.
That means if you start the game via steam it will automatically start Uplay and the game then.

Can we play this game together some day? I have always played this title for many years and I have never had the opportunity to play with others or directly be able to play multiplayer, I am and I love this game, (I am new to the multiplayer section and the map editor, which I have fatally true) I hope someone answers me! :(
