Store offline issue - official information

Hello, everyone!

With help of our fan, we identified problem that solved constant offline mode of the in-game store. We will be releasing fix as soon as possible. We are sorry about the issue, it was very specific thing and hard to find. :-)

Bug fix please!!! The mission: Downloading back up files. There is NO interaction button to click when doing the "repair the door opening system (1/2)". That lead me can't finish the story mission and wasted fuels :(

I have same problem 2nd time playing through the game and stuck on this mission and since the hotfix.

I'm having trouble starting the game, I start, I confirm the graphical settings and when it is time to go ahead and open the game a tab appears loading a loading bar with a green bar it loads 40% and ends the game any tips to help me? I tried to uninstall and install again but the problem persists

非常棒的游戏！nice game
现在我快50级了，结果在市长的保险箱卡关了，地图也拿了，任务做完了，但是这个任务还是现实没做完，可能是拿了地图我退出游戏的原因吧。总之我卡关了，不得不重置游戏，然而对游戏失去了动力。
